QIAGEN: TCR Repertoires of Tumor-Infiltrating γδ1 T Cells Reveal PD-1–Modulated Reactivity

This symposium will highlight the correlation between the presence of Vδ1 T cells in tumor lesions and improved overall survival in endometrial cancer patients, and how the expression of PD-1 on tumor-infiltrating Vδ1 T cells impacts their effector functionality. This presentation also explores how PD-1 blockade enhances the cytotoxic response against autologous tumor cells. Specifically, an approach based on γδ TCR repertoire analysis will be presented to demonstrate how these cells exhibit characteristics of tumor-reactive cells.
