Carolina Oses
Carolina is passionate about improving experimental design and enhancing protocol efficiency, especially when developing new methodologies. Since 2019, she has been at the forefront of spatial proteomics technologies, working with diverse IF multiplexing instruments. She expertly utilizes PhenoCycler and COMET to visualize over 40 markers within a single sample, alongside other technologies for lower plexes (less than 8 markers per sample) using direct IF, Opal/Aurora, or TSA-based methods. Her expertise also extends to various barcoded antibody platforms from companies like PhenoCode, Cell Signaling, and RCA. For the past seven years, Carolina has been an integral part of the spatial proteomics unit, offering a wide array of these cutting-edge technologies to researchers with diverse needs. Her dedication lies in finding the most suitable technique to answer user questions, and she deeply understands the pros and cons of each technology.
