The studies carried out by the research group coordinated by Prof. Giacomini are aimed at identifying new potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of hematological tumors, in particular multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Furthermore, these studies are aimed at the development of new therapeutic approaches (e.g. small molecules FGF trap) and the study of the molecular mechanisms underlying their anti-tumor activity.
