Elif Diken, PhD is Deputy Head of the Single-cell Omics Unit based in Mainz, Germany. The work focuses on single-cell omics approaches to investigate immune responses in cancer, with a particular emphasis on cancer immunotherapy and target discovery. Specialized in integrating high-dimensional datasets to uncover mechanisms of tumor–immune interactions and to identify novel therapeutic targets.
