Illumina: Unlocking the Power of Single-Cell and Spatial Multiomics for Cancer Research

18/06/2025 13:30 14:15
Auditorium 6+7

Understanding cellular diversity and spatial organization is critical for unravelling tumor biology and disease progression.  In this symposium we will highlight how Illumina’s single-cell and spatial multiomics technologies enable high-resolution analysis of complex tissues. Additionally, we will explore the power of Perturb-seq, a high-throughput approach that integrates CRISPR-based perturbations with single-cell sequencing to systematically map gene function.  Through presentations by experts showcasing ways these technologies are providing more comprehensive view of the molecular landscape within the tissues; attendees will gain insights into how these technologies are shaping the future of cancer research.
