Graduating in Medicine from the University of Marburg in 2016, Dr Reschke then worked as a resident in the Department of Dermatology at the University Medical Center Leipzig from 2018 to 2020. Following this, he received a DFG Research Fellowship at the University of Chicago, working under Principal Investigator Thomas F. Gajewski from 2020 to 2022. Since 2024 he is head of the Max Eder Junior Research Group at the University of Heidelberg focusing on targeting microbiome-induced T cells as therapeutic strategy for skin cancer.
